It is a weight that is generally used to measure the weight of a particular diamond. The price of a diamond depends on the carat. Hence, it is an important factor.
- Culet
It is a facet on the tip of a diamond that is usually sharp and pointed.
- Durability
The durability of a diamond combines a few things together. They include hardness, stability, and how tough the diamond is.
- Eye clean
It is a term where you won’t be able to make out inclusions in a diamond with the naked eye.
- EX-EX-EX
It is a term that is graded to a diamond when it is of an amazing cut, polish, and symmetry.
- Facet
A facet is a little surface that is polished on a diamond.
- Fire
It is a type of appearance of a rainbow or any color in diamonds or a gemstone. It is caused by the light and dispersion of a diamond.
- FL grade
It is a type of grade that is granted to diamonds that are flawless. And very few of them manage to get this grade.
- Hue
A hue of a stone is its primary color which can be red, green, or blue.
- I grade
It is one of the lowest grades. It is given to the diamonds in which you can make out the imperfections with your naked eye.
